GUM PASTE ITEMS

Gum paste is a moldable, edible confectionary product that is widely used to make cake decorations. It's ingredients include water, sugar, egg whites and gelatin. The advantage for decorators to use gum paste products, is that the products are highly detailed. All products are molded by hand, and all details as well. This makes it easier to make products in advance and plan your project stress-free. Colors can be kneeded into the gum paste "dough" or sprayed on the final product. The taste is not as sweet as Royal Icing , but is edible and beautiful.
